GREEN BUILDING
Green (or sustainable) building is the practice of creating healthier and more resource-efficient models of construction, renovation, operation, maintenance and demolition. Green buildings consume less energy, are durable and can be recycled. During all phases, the building saves resources and places fewer burdens on the environment. Homeowners may qualify for significant federal tax credits by choosing energy-efficient home features.
We proudly build new homes that have earned the ENERGY STAR® label. ENERGY STAR-qualified new homes are substantially more energy-efficient than homes built to minimum code requirements.
