We have been awarded "Energy Star Partner" status and are very proud of that... so much so that we exceed the program's requirements. We test and qualify every home we build, making sure it exceeds the EPA's strict guidelines for energy-efficiency. As an ENERGY STAR partner, our goal is to ensure that our homes perform as well as they're designed — to provide greater comfort and durability while increasing energy efficiency.
